39 - Senior Full-Stack AI Developer

Our client is a forward-thinking company based in Norway looking to expand their engineering capacity with developers who have embraced AI as a core part of how they build software.

This is not about using Copilot for autocomplete or occasionally prompting a chatbot. Our client wants developers who have fundamentally restructured their development workflow around AI - across backend, frontend, and testing. The specific tech stack is secondary to the approach: what matters is that you use AI as the backbone of how you design, build, and ship software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack features using AI-assisted development workflows end to end
• Leverage AI tools throughout the entire development lifecycle - from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment
• Deliver production-ready code across backend and frontend, maintaining quality and reliability
• Continuously refine and improve AI-augmented development processes

Required Skills and Experience

• Senior-level full-stack development experience
• Demonstrated, deep integration of AI into your daily development workflow - not surface-level usage, but a fundamentally different way of building software
• Strong ability to work across backend, frontend, and testing
• Experience shipping production software using AI-first development practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
