AI Developer

Role Summary

As a Senior AI Developer, you will design, build, and support production-ready AI solutions that improve reliability, speed, and decision-making for customers. This role exists to translate business needs into secure, maintainable models and services.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-enabled features; integrate via APIs and existing systems
- Prepare data pipelines, evaluation metrics, and monitoring to manage drift and performance
- Implement prompt, retrieval, and agent workflows with clear documentation and version control
- Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver measurable outcomes

Required qualifications/skills:
- Senior-level experience shipping AI/ML solutions in Python and modern frameworks
- Strong software engineering practices (testing, CI/CD, code review) and cloud deployment experience
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly, with a customer-focused, problem-solving approach

A Typical Day

Your day is structured around a Monday–Friday, 8a–5p schedule with work-from-home flexibility. You’ll review model performance signals, validate recent changes, and communicate status in concise updates. Time is set aside for focused build sessions, peer feedback on design choices, and careful documentation so solutions remain easy to operate and extend. You’ll also join short check-ins to align on priorities, clarify open questions, and ensure deliverables are tracked to completion with minimal surprises.
