Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Dataverse, following established architectural and governance patterns.
  • Implement model‑driven app components, including forms, views, dashboards, business rules, command bar customizations, and process flows.
  • Develop reusable UI components, app templates, connectors, and automation assets to support standardization and scalability across the platform.
  • Design and implement Dataverse schemas, including tables, columns, relationships, calculated fields, business rules, and security models to support application logic and reporting.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and external systems using REST APIs, connectors, and middleware.
  • Embed AI capabilities into Power Platform solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI Services, and Azure OpenAI.
  • Develop conversational copilots and intelligent assistants that leverage large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
  • Assist with the configuration, training, testing, and deployment of lightweight machine learning models for use cases such as classification, forecasting, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and anomaly detection.
  • Apply responsible AI principles, including data privacy, security, model explainability, bias awareness, and compliance with organizational governance policies.
  • Participate in prompt design, prompt optimization, and AI‑assisted workflow orchestration within enterprise constraints.
  • Design and implement Power Automate cloud flows to support business processes, including approvals, notifications, data synchronization, API integrations, and event‑driven workflows.
  • Apply best practices for flow performance optimization, error handling, fault tolerance, and retry logic.
  • Diagnose and resolve automation issues related to connector limits, API throttling, authentication failures, and data integrity.
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of RPA or hybrid automation scenarios where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain Power BI datasets, semantic models, dashboards, and reports that support both operational monitoring and strategic decision‑making.
  • Perform data modeling and transformation using Power Query (M) and develop DAX calculations to support advanced analytics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, lineage, and governance across Dataverse, Power BI, and integrated data sources.
  • Collaborate with data owners to understand metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
  • Participate in requirements discovery, solution design discussions, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical reviews.
