AI Engineer

Overview

We need strong AI Engineers who can design and build practical AI solutions for medium to large-scale projects. The focus will be on LLMs, NLP, and automation use cases. You should be comfortable taking requirements from concept through to production-ready delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using LLMs, NLP techniques, and automation frameworks.
• Create effective prompts, define workflows, and handle integrations for various AI-driven use cases.
• Manage data processing, model tuning, evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Project Leads and other team members to turn business requirements into solid technical implementations.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet performance expectations in real-world environments.
• Participate in client discussions when needed and communicate technical details clearly.
• Work in an Agile environment with iterative sprints and regular deliveries.

Required Experience

3–6 years in AI, data, or software development, with practical exposure to LLMs, NLP, and related technologies. Prior experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions for clients is highly valued.
