About the Role

You are a hands-on engineer who combines technical depth with leadership.
You write clean, maintainable code, mentor others, and thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments. You will bridge the gap between traditional senior-level engineering foundations and modern, AI-accelerated execution methodologies.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Traditional Engineering (Senior Level)

• 
  Professional Senior software engineering experience 
• 
  Strong architectural judgement: can shape approaches, trade-offs, integration boundaries, and technical direction on client engagements
• 
  Comfortable owning delivery from problem to working software
  
• Experience using AI-assisted development utilising tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot-class tools. Insight to know when to trust, verify, and rewrite AI outputs.

• 
  Hands-on experience embedding LLMs in applications/workflows.
  Practical understanding of LLM limitations

• Naturally articulate in technical conversations with engineers and stakeholders, with the ability to explain trade-offs and progress clearly.
• 
  Comfortable in enterprise contexts

• Deriving your absolute technical credibility from active, hands-on building rather than slide-only advisory work.
• 
  Teaching by doing: working alongside peers to leave client teams significantly more capable and self-sufficient over time, not dependent.

Nice to Have

• experience in embedded / squad models, such as innovation, transformation, or platform teams inside large organisations.
• 
  Direct exposure to AI Enablement delivery
• 
  Experience taking prototypes toward production 
• 
  Familiarity with agentic patterns
• 
  Experience scoping or contributing to initial discovery phases 
• 
  Active contribution to internal engineering culture
