Job Title: Copilot & Agentic AI Engineer (Microsoft Ecosystem)

About the Role
We are looking for a Copilot & Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will focus on building intelligent copilots, automation agents, and AI-driven workflows for enterprise customers across industries.
You will work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to translate business use cases into scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform
- Build conversational and task-based agents integrated with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM, etc.)
- Develop workflows using Power Automate and integrate with APIs, databases, and third-party services
- Work with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service for LLM-based use cases (RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, etc.)
- Implement secure and scalable architectures using Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, etc.)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into AI-driven solutions
- Build reusable agent frameworks and accelerators for faster deployment
- Support demos, POCs, and customer workshops in collaboration with pre-sales teams
- Ensure governance, compliance, and cost optimization for deployed AI solutions
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform / Azure)
- Hands-on with Copilot Studio or chatbot platforms (e.g., Power Virtual Agents)
- Experience with APIs, REST integrations, and automation workflows
- Good understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
- Programming knowledge in Python / JavaScript / C#
- Familiarity with enterprise integrations (Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, etc.) is a plus
- Understanding of identity and security (Azure AD, RBAC, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building AI copilots or automation agents in enterprise environments
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric / Dataverse / Graph API
- Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search
- Certifications in Azure / Power Platform
