Necture is looking for a pragmatic, hands-on operator who sits at the intersection of delivery excellence and AI innovation. This is not a classic Product Owner role — it is a driver's seat position for someone who gets things done, owns outcomes end-to-end, and brings genuine curiosity about what AI can unlock for our customers and our teams.
A core part of this role is staying close to the market. You will have direct exposure to customers, business partners and the Street Crowd Community, one of our strongest assets and the foundation on which we build. This continuous contact with the people who actually use and shape our product is what keeps our development grounded in real customer value and aligned with evolving operational standards in the industry. We expect you to actively leverage these touchpoints to inform priorities, validate assumptions, and bring sharp market signals back into the squad.
You will report to the CTPO and be embedded in one of our newly launched Delivery Squads, whose mission is to ensure every customer goes live successfully and on time. In parallel, you will actively experiment with AI — building new solutions, sharing findings with the team, and driving the organisation forward in using AI and exploring what is now possible.
