About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of AIFs in overseeing operations and ensuring smooth team coordination

• Act as a key point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects (process improvements, onboarding, regulatory initiatives)

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including CSSF expectations

• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and operational performance across AIF activities

• Oversee and actively contribute to Fund Administration and Transfer Agency activities, including:

– NAV calculation review and oversight

– Investor reporting and financial reporting follow-up

– Capital calls and distributions coordination

– Subscription, redemption, and transfer processes

– Maintenance of investor registers and related documentation

• Ensure a hands-on approach in day-to-day operations, with the ability to step in when needed

• Contribute to the development and optimization of internal processes and controls

• Drive digitalization initiatives and promote the use of digital tools to enhance efficiency and reporting

Your Profile

• Strong understanding of the AIF environment and fund industry

• Experience in Luxembourg regulatory framework (CSSF)

• Solid experience in Fund Administration and/or Transfer Agency activities

• Project management and coordination skills with a hands-on mindset

• Strong digital affinity and ability to leverage tools to improve processes

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and team player
