Gen AI Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Engineer to join our growing team in Noida. This role is ideal for a technologist who is passionate about building scalable AI solutions within the US Healthcare domain and has a strong foundation in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Whether you are a high-potential fresh graduate or an experienced professional with up to 5 years of experience, we are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between complex data science and production-ready cloud environments.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models (Predictive Analytics, NLP, or Generative AI) tailored for healthcare use cases such as patient risk stratification, claims processing, or clinical documentation.
• Cloud Architecture: Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services—specifically Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and Dataflow—to build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines.
• Healthcare Data Standards: Work with sensitive healthcare data, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and utilizing standards like HL7 and FHIR.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Clinicians) to translate clinical requirements into technical specifications.
• Communication: Act as a technical bridge, explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Excellence

• Programming: Mastery of Python and common libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
• GCP Ecosystem: Practical experience with Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, and BigQuery. Knowledge of AI Platform or AutoML is a plus.
• Cloud Exposure: Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines for ML (MLOps) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Generative AI: Familiarity with LLMs (Gemini, GPT) and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex is highly desirable.

Domain & Soft Skills

• US Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of the US healthcare landscape (Payor/Provider workflows, ICD-10/CPT codes, or EMR integration).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. You must be able to document processes and present findings confidently.
• Problem Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements.

Experience Brackets

• 0–2 Years: Focus on strong algorithmic foundations, Python proficiency, and a fast learning curve on GCP and Healthcare compliance.
• 3–5 Years: Proven track record of deploying models in a production environment, mentoring junior peers, and driving architectural decisions on the cloud.
