The Junior AI Engineer is a hands-on builder working at the intersection of AI and business operations, spending each day in tools like Claude, n8n, and Snowflake to design automations and ship AI-powered solutions that create measurable impact.

This role suits someone transitioning into AI engineering from systems administration, Salesforce administration, business analysis, or process automation: someone who learns by doing and takes pride in shipping things people actually use

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and automations using Claude, n8n, and related platforms.
• Translate business pain points into scoped, deliverable solutions, prototyping and iterating rapidly.
• Build query interfaces, summarization tools, and retrieval workflows surfacing operational data.
• Support integrations connecting AI workflows to CRM, ERP, Snowflake, and internal applications.
• Maintain test sets and evaluations; validate output accuracy before production changes ship.
• Partner with business teams across merchandising, logistics, finance, and customer experience to find and remove manual-process friction.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years in systems administration, business systems, Salesforce administration, analytics, or automation, or demonstrated equivalent through self-directed AI/automation project work.
• Hands-on, practical experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable LLM platforms. 
• Experience building automated workflows with n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar.
• Comfort with structured data and SQL/Snowflake.
• Basic scripting in Python or JavaScript, with a willingness to grow it substantially.
• Strong problem decomposition and clear written communication for non-technical audiences.
