We are seeking a visionary Head of Agentic AI to lead the design, development, and scaling of an advanced autonomous AI ecosystem. This role focuses on building a robust Agent Runtime Engine capable of enabling intelligent agents to perform complex reasoning, decision-making, and task execution with minimal human intervention. You will work at the forefront of innovation, integrating large language models with scalable cloud infrastructure to create high-performance, secure, and compliant AI systems. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to define the roadmap, drive execution, and ensure delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions that power next-generation applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of an autonomous agent runtime engine for intelligent task execution
• Design and implement multi-agent systems, including lifecycle management (creation, monitoring, scaling)
• Integrate large language models with constraint-based systems to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant outputs
• Drive optimization of system performance, resource utilization, and cost efficiency across distributed environments
• Establish robust monitoring, logging, testing, and explainability frameworks for AI systems
• Build API-first systems to enable seamless integration across platforms and services
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to align AI capabilities with business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers and researchers
• Stay ahead of advancements in generative AI, agentic systems, and machine learning technologies

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML with hands-on exposure to production-grade systems and at least 1+ year working with agentic AI or LLM-based systems
• Strong expertise in frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and RAG pipelines
• Deep understanding of multi-agent architectures, autonomous reasoning, and reinforcement learning concepts
• Proficiency in cloud and distributed systems using AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Experience building scalable microservices and API-driven architectures using Python or Go
• Solid understanding of observability, monitoring tools (e.g., MLflow, Prometheus), and system reliability
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive innovation and execution
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance, scalability, and system optimization
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Exposure to fintech or regulated environments is an added advantage
