WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Senior AI Developer, you will be involved in the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of technology-based business solutions based on Agentic AI workflows to improve our clients’ delivery approach. You will act as a technical pillar for the team, guiding developers, enforcing best practices, and continuously exploring new AI tools to meet both functional and technical requirements while maintaining an end-to-end architecture overview.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing new and existing AI capabilities and creating solutions that meet stakeholder requirements and standards
Owning the end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI solutions, which includes developing, testing, and releasing production-ready workflows
Guiding, assisting, and conducting technical reviews for development teams to ensure the strict application of software and AI best practices
Continuously researching, evaluating, and integrating new AI libraries, frameworks, and engineering methodologies to keep our tech stack at the cutting edge
Designing and overseeing the end-to-end architecture overview to ensure scalable and reliable AI microservices
Contributing to the refinement of technical requirements and translating them into robust AI logic
Creating and updating applicable technical documentation for AI architectures and agent networks
Coaching and mentoring other team members on Generative AI best practices, quality standards, and design principles
Collaborating with DevOps and cross-functional teams to build automated quality MLOps pipelines for multicloud deployments
Promoting best practices for building and operating highly reliable AI systems, to our clients
Desirable experience:
Extensive working knowledge of LLMs and frameworks for building Agentic workflows, specifically LangChain and LangGraph
Deep experience with Context Engineering, Prompt Engineering, and advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns
Experience designing and utilizing Vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and Graph DBs (e.g., Neo4j)
Familiarity with model evaluation methodologies (e.g., RAGAS, LLM-as-a-judge) and observability/tracing tools like Langfuse
WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proven track record of technical leadership, with the ability to review code/architecture, guide engineering teams, and drive the adoption of best practices
A strong research-oriented mindset, passionate about discovering, testing, and implementing the latest AI libraries, tools, and Agentic design patterns
Deep experience in developing custom agent skills and designing advanced communication patterns, including Agent-to-Agent (A2A) and Agent-to-UI (AG-UI / Agentic UI) interactions
Proven ability to design and implement strict Agent Authorization mechanisms and Responsible AI guardrails to ensure safe system operations
Strong capability in setting up systematic model evaluation and observability pipelines to monitor AI performance and behavior
Excellent communication skills verbal & written in English. To be able to communicate with IT teams, departments, end users, and customers
Ability to work well in a fast-paced ever-changing environment under strict deadlines
Holistic architectural thinking with the ability to solve complex technical problems and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
Customer centric, passionate about delivering great digital products and innovative AI services
Experience supporting career & knowledge development for engineers early in their career
Ability to support project team to prioritize activities and provide deliverables as planned
