We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with 8–10+ years of enterprise development experience to join our BuildingLink team. This role requires advanced proficiency in SPA technologies (React, Vue, Angular) and backend expertise in .Net / .NetCore, with strong database skills (SQL Server preferred).

Requirements:

  • 8–10+ years of enterprise development experience as a full-stack developer.

  • Advanced expertise in SPAs (React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies (.Net / .NetCore).

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server and other databases (on-premise and cloud).

  • Strong foundation in software analysis, testing, debugging, and the full SDLC.

  • Ability to set up development environments independently and make autonomous technical decisions.

  • Proven leadership in Agile environments, fostering continuous improvement.

  • Strong sense of urgency in delivering high-quality solutions on time.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with adaptability to contribute across all facets of the system.

  • SPAs / Vue / JavaScript / TypeScript / ASP.NET

This is your role

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.

  • Guide full-stack development from UI to backend, ensuring code quality and scalability.

  • Oversee and implement robust testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end).

  • Analyze complex technical requirements and align codebase with best practices.

  • Drive code optimization and refactoring initiatives.

  • Plan and execute advanced software tests to ensure reliability.

  • Collaborate with product managers and design engineers to deliver new features.

  • Document development processes and contribute to a comprehensive knowledge base.
