Treasure AI:
Treasure AI is the agentic experience platform built to acquire, retain, and grow your most valuable customers. Powered by AI, Treasure AI is shaped by human creativity and always-on through continuous, context-driven action.
Furthermore, Treasure AI employees are enthusiastic, data-driven, and customer-obsessed. We are a team of drivers—self-starters who take initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively jump in to solve problems. Our actions reflect our values of honesty, reliability, openness, and humility.
Your Role:
Treasure AI is building the intelligent data foundation that improves human life. As the company transforms into an AI-native enterprise, this role exists to make AI efforts compound across the organization. You will be leading the AI function inside Treasure AI’s IT & Security department (ITS), enabling AI adoption company-wide and closing the gap between how people want to use AI and what they can actually do today.
This is an IC leadership position. You write code, ship infrastructure, and operate what you build. You partner with leaders across GTM, R&D, and other teams to understand their workflows, identify where AI creates real leverage, and deliver working solutions. The role lives at the intersection of deep engineering and business context, and reports to the Director of Security Architecture within the IT & Security department.
Responsibilities:
Partner with department leaders to identify where AI fits their workflows, deliver working implementations, and build reusable patterns that scale adoption across the organization
Design and operate the platform layer including agent orchestration, context integration, workflow automation, and observability as reusable building blocks
Build golden paths and sensible defaults that teams adopt because they are easier than the alternative, ensuring solutions deliver value long after initial deployment
Ensure AI tools and integrations meet compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST AI RMF) by building governance into the platform through access controls, data boundaries, logging, and secure defaults
Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and make grounded recommendations about adoption, separating signal from noise with a framework-agnostic, outcomes-driven approach
Translate business needs from stakeholders across GTM, R&D, and other departments into scoped technical solutions, deliver them, and measure impact through reduced manual work, improved reliability, and increased productivity
Write production-grade code, deploy infrastructure-as-code, and operate the systems you build in close collaboration with security engineers, systems engineers, and compliance specialists
Job Requirements:
Proven experience shipping and operating AI/LLM-powered systems in production, including agent orchestration, context-aware automation, and model integration
Production-grade coding skills in Python or TypeScript with infrastructure-as-code deployment practices
Deep cloud experience required (AWS preferred); experience with Bedrock or comparable LLM platforms is a strong plus
Track record of building a platform or capability from zero, with the ability to make decisions when requirements are still forming
Ability to translate ambiguous business requests into scoped technical solutions and measure their impact
Experience working in security-conscious environments with understanding of compliance at the infrastructure level (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA)
Typically 5+ years in software/platform/cloud engineering, including 2+ years building AI/LLM-powered systems; exceptional candidates with different backgrounds are welcome to apply
Physical Requirements:
Working out of the Mountain View, California office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”
Travel Requirements:
