We are looking for a skilled Agentic AI Developer to join the Canada Talend League (CTL) at the Senior Associate level. This role focuses on designing, developing and deploying autonomous AI agents and workflows that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems, data platforms, and external tools.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and develop agentic AI systems and multi-step workflows using modern agent frameworks.
Build intelligent agents capable of reasoning, planning, and task execution across enterprise use cases.
Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.
Develop solutions for metadata extraction, data retrieval, and automation from structured and unstructured sources.
Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines and workflows using PySpark and Databricks/Fabric.
Create and manage SQL-based transformations and data access layers.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain agents in production environments.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for agent lifecycle management and deployments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into agent-driven solutions.
Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of agent systems.
Should have experience on creating web apps through AI frameworks.
Mandatory Skills & Expertise :
Strong programming skills in Python (must-have) and solid knowledge of SQL.
Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
Experience building multi-agent systems, orchestration workflows, and tool-using agents.
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and context management.
Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
Hands-on experience with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
Proficiency in PySpark and building scalable data pipelines.
Experience integrating AI agents with external systems via APIs (REST, GraphQL).
Knowledge of data ingestion patterns and workflow orchestration.
Experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices for AI systems (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Understanding of agent memory management (short-term, long-term, vector memory).
Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure AI, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock).
Knowledge of streaming pipelines and event-driven architectures.
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with knowledge graphs and semantic search.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 4 years of experience as a fullstack engineer
