Who we are looking for

We are looking for a hands-on AI Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a strong focus on the Microsoft AI ecosystem (Azure, AI Foundry, Copilot Studio).

In this role, you will contribute directly to the development of AI applications such as intelligent agents, automation workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into enterprise platforms like SAP and Salesforce, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

What you will do

• Build and deploy AI-powered applications, including: AI agents and copilots, RAG pipelines, Workflow automations and orchestration logic
• Develop solutions using the Microsoft AI stack: Azure AI services, AI Foundry, Copilot Studio
• Implement tool/function calling and integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, REST APIs, event-driven systems)
• Contribute to production-ready systems: Testing and debugging, Performance optimization, Monitoring and logging
• Ensure secure and compliant AI implementations, following best practices for: Data handling, Identity and access control, Privacy and governance
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Continuously improve solutions through iteration, evaluation, and feedback loops

Requirements

• Experience building AI applications such as: LLM-based apps, AI agents, RAG systems, Orchestration workflows
• Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure AI services, AI Foundry and/or Copilot Studio (preferred), Python or similar programming languages
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs
• Familiarity with software development best practices: Version control (Git), CI/CD basics, Testing and debugging
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• A builder mindset
• Curiosity and willingness to stay current with evolving AI technologies
• Fluent level of English with clear communication skills
