AI Developer (Senior Associate)

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to join the Canada Talend League (CTL) at the Senior Associate level. The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions, with a strong emphasis on APIs, Generative AI, and scalable data/ML systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aligned with business requirements.

Build and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and LLMs.

Develop and integrate APIs to enable AI capabilities across applications.

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.

Develop and optimize data pipelines and preprocessing workflows for AI models.

Implement and deploy AI solutions in cloud environments (GCP/Azure/AWS).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into enterprise systems.

Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of AI systems.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation of AI solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise :

Strong programming skills in Python (must-have) and working knowledge of SQL.

Experience with Generative AI frameworks and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Hugging Face).

Hands-on experience in RAG implementation, including:

Vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)

Embedding models and retrieval strategies

Experience in building and consuming REST APIs / microservices.

Knowledge of PySpark and distributed data processing.

Understanding of ML fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics).

Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.

Experience with AI platform services (e.g., Vertex AI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker).

What You Must Have
