Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises application pipelines to deliver solutions that meet production standards. The work often includes applying generative AI models and exploring various AI domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement innovative AI technologies that enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with designing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize AI pipelines for production environments.
- Experience in building conversational AI systems and image processing solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
