Full-Stack-Developer / AI-Developer 100% Remote
PowerprozesseWe're seeking experienced Full-Stack Developers to join our fully remote team. If you have a strong background in full-stack development and love building scalable web applications with Claude/Cursor, this could be the right role for you.
Our product
You'll be working on Hausverwalter AI – our AI-first, all-in-one platform that enables property management companies to manage tenant communication. At its core are AI agents that our customers can set up and train on their own.
What you'll do
Develop and maintain our web app with Next.js, TypeScript (85%), React/JavaScript (15%), Tailwind, shadcn/ui
Operate in an AI-first development setup powered by Claude/Cursor
Manage version control and team collaboration via GitHub
Maintain high code quality, solid testing, and a clean, maintainable architecture
Create database functions and migrations, and keep our database in good shape
Carry out code reviews and steadily refine our existing systems
Contribute to technical decisions, the direction of our stack, and the overall product vision

Salary: $800 to $1500 per month before taxes. There will be room for growth and promotion in the years ahead.

Flexible working hours

A completed degree in business informatics / computer science, OR hands-on programming experience, OR experience with automation
Previous experience with tools like n8n is a plus, but not a must
Solid English skills for smooth communication within the team
No German required

Quick on the uptake and a disciplined approach to your work
