Fullstack and AI Developer

About the role

As a Fullstack and AI Developer at Digital Fans, you build digital products where software development and AI increasingly become one.

You have a strong foundation in frontend and modern web development, while being comfortable working across the stack. You will build the product experiences people interact with and the AI capabilities behind them — from web applications and dashboards to agents and automated workflows.

Many of our projects are frontend-heavy, so you should genuinely enjoy building high-quality digital experiences. At the same time, you have moved beyond experimenting with AI and have started building LLM-powered features and solutions in practice.

You will be a core member of our tech team and help us build the next generation of digital products for our clients.

What you’ll do

• Build client-facing web applications and digital products in TypeScript and React

• Develop products using frameworks such as TanStack Start, React Router and Next.js

• Turn designs and user experiences into high-quality, responsive and accessible digital products

• Build LLM-powered features and agent workflows and integrate them into real product experiences

• Connect AI systems to client data, tools and platforms

• Work with headless CMS platforms and e-commerce solutions such as Shopify

• Build APIs, integrations and backend functionality when needed

• Prototype new AI-powered solutions quickly and turn the strongest ideas into robust production services

• Build AI components that are observable, testable and cost-aware

• Contribute to technical architecture and how we develop our AI capabilities

• Take ownership of solutions from early exploration to production

• Work particularly closely with design to create digital experiences where technology and AI feel like one product

• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to understand real business and user needs

• Share knowledge and contribute to how the wider team builds with AI

Experience

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong experience with frontend and modern web development

• Deep experience with TypeScript and React

• Experience with frameworks such as TanStack Start, React Router or Next.js

• Comfortable working across the full stack, including Node.js, APIs, integrations and data

• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered features such as tool calling, RAG or agentic workflows

• Experience with an agent framework or SDK such as Mastra, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK or LangGraph

• Experience shipping production applications and working with modern development infrastructure

• Experience with headless CMS platforms, Shopify, Azure, Docker and Cloudflare is a plus. Experience with Mastra and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore is also a plus.

• You are fluent in English, written and spoken
