Design, build, and scale agentic AI systems and platforms that deliver measurable business impact, accelerate product development velocity by 2X, and contribute to Everest 3.0 becoming the shared AI platform across all product lines.
As part of this mission, contribute to the development and launch of the first product built on the Everest 3.0 platform, showcasing its capabilities and serving as a demonstration of its potential to drive innovation and support future product lines.

Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Developer specializing in Agentic Coding to build next-generation AI-native enterprise systems. You will help design and build Everest 3.0, our shared AI platform.
Responsibilities
Design and build agentic systems and AI platform components.
Deliver production-ready AI capabilities.
Collaborate with platform, product, and engineering teams.
Mentor engineers and improve engineering standards.
Required Qualifications
5+ years professional software engineering experience.
Strong backend engineering and system design skills.
Experience building production systems.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with agent frameworks and LLM integrations.
Experience building AI-native or platform systems.
Experience with agentic coding tools.
Salary Range (Ontario & BC Only):
The estimated base salary range for this role is CAD$171,000.00 - CAD$209,000.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed.
