Senior MLOps Engineer / AI Platform Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer / AI Platform Specialist to help design, build, and operate production-grade machine learning platforms.

This is a hands-on role onsite in Copenhagen where you will work at the intersection of data, infrastructure, and software engineering – ensuring that machine learning solutions are scalable, reliable, and ready for real-world use.

You will work closely with data scientists, developers, and stakeholders to bring AI solutions from experimentation into stable and secure production environments.

You will be responsible for:

MLOps & platform engineering

• Design and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines

• Enable reliable deployment, versioning, and lifecycle management of ML models

• Establish best practices for model governance, reproducibility, and traceability

Cloud & infrastructure

• Build and maintain ML platforms in cloud environments (Azure, GCP or similar)

• Design hybrid architectures combining cloud and on-premise solutions where needed

• Implement Infrastructure as Code and automated provisioning

CI/CD & automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML and data workflows

• Automate model training, testing, and deployment processes

• Ensure robust and scalable delivery pipelines

Monitoring & reliability

• Implement monitoring for models and data pipelines (performance, drift, availability)

• Ensure stable and secure operation of ML solutions in production

• Drive continuous improvements based on performance and usage

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience with MLOps and running ML models in production

• Has worked with cloud platforms such as Azure Machine Learning, GCP (Vertex AI), or similar

• Has strong programming skills (e.g. Python)

• Has experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Has experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
  
  Fluent spoken and written Danish is a requirement since you will be working for public sector clients.
  The position is onsite in Copenhagen.

It is a plus if you:

• Have worked with modern ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, MLflow or similar)

• Have experience with LLMs or advanced AI architectures

• Have worked in regulated or compliance-driven environments

• Are able to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
